Alas, this is Soujiro Seta. He's the strongest of the Ten Swords (aka Juppon Gatana). His Heavenly
Sword technique is pretty neat. His speed and sword technique are what makes him the strongest
swordsman. What a suprise for Kenshin. Soujiro was found by Shishio when he was little, and was
brought up by him (in a manner of speaking). He learned all his skills from Shishio and adores him
as well. I suppose that if Hiko had found him, things would've turned out much differently.

Soujiro is usually a happy, energetic person on the outside. He can be such a kid
sometimes, even more so than Kenshin. But he's also as letha as him. Soujiro is
liked by almost all the people that he's encountered. His voice is pretty cute,
even if it is a female one.

Unfortunetly, his emotions were destroyed when he was a kid. There's a
reason why he always smiles
